We're a coaching practice built for neurodivergent professionals in tech. We help you understand how your brain works, build systems that actually stick, and navigate the real challenges of working in high-performance environments — things like burnout, masking, accommodations, and figuring out where you actually want to take your career.
What sets us apart: most ADHD coaches focus on symptoms, and most career coaches focus on skills. We do both — and we move between them as your needs change. One session might be about managing rejection sensitivity. The next might be about positioning yourself for a promotion. That's intentional.
Neurodivergent professionals — especially those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other traits — who work in tech, product, engineering, design, or similar knowledge-work roles.
You don't need a formal diagnosis. If traditional workplace advice has never quite fit how your brain works, you're probably in the right place.
Some common ones:
Burnout that job-hopping hasn't fixed
Masking at work and the exhaustion that comes with it
Prioritization, task paralysis, and competing demands
Navigating workplace communication and relationships
Deciding whether — and how — to pursue accommodations or disclose a diagnosis
Figuring out whether to stay, grow, or move on
Therapy focuses on mental health treatment and processing the past. Coaching focuses on your future — workplace navigation, career decisions, and building systems that support how you work.
Coaching complements therapy but doesn't replace it. If you're already working with a therapist, we can work alongside that.
Yes. In addition to individual coaching, we offer group coaching programs, talks, and educational resources to help organizations better understand and support neurodivergent employees.

Individual coaching starts at $300/hour.
We know that's a real number, so here's what we'd want you to know:
Many clients get coaching reimbursed through their employer's L&D or professional development budget. It's one of the most common ways our clients cover the cost — and coaching is a legitimate professional development expense.
Our invoices use a generic productivity and professional development brand — not the Tech Atypically name. That means you can submit expenses without worrying about disclosing your diagnosis to HR or your manager.
We work with clients on budget on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, bring it up during your intro session. We'd rather figure something out than have it be the reason you don't get support.
Yes — and it's more common than you might think. Many clients use L&D budgets, professional development stipends, or workplace accommodation support to cover coaching costs.
If you're not sure whether that's an option, it's worth asking your manager or HR. We can provide documentation and invoices designed to support reimbursement — without putting your privacy at risk.
