Coaching grounded in science & lived experience

We started Tech Atypically because we know what it's like to not know. We each have our own experience with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other forms of neurodivergence. Experiences that came late, came sideways, and often came without anyone around us saying a word.

We want to give neurodivergent tech workers what we didn't have earlier in ours careers — a guide who knows that science but has also been there. Our coaches bring real experience inside tech companies, backgrounds in psychology and neuroscience, and firsthand understanding of what it's like to figure things out mid-career and not on-schedule.

This blend of expertise covers your full timeline, as mental health support helps you process the past, and coaching keeps your eye on the future. If you’re already working with a therapist, we can design your coaching program to work alongside it.
