Cancellation Policy

We know that life can be unpredictable, and that sometimes schedules shift, emergencies arise, or energy levels fluctuate. We do our best to remain flexible and understanding. This policy ensures that we can maintain fairness and availability for all clients in need of our help, while protecting the time and preparation that goes into each appointment and program.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less notice, and missed sessions ("no-shows"), may be charged in full or forfeited from a prepaid package.
